USCIS Provides Email Address to Report Receipt Numbers Not Recognized in
In the recent past, there have been several complaints from the petitioners/applicants that the online status is not updated with regard to the receipt of a case, or an RFE response or a final adjudication.
The CIS Ombudsman office in a teleconference has instructed the stakeholders that are experiencing problems with the "My Case Status" tool on the agency's website to send an email to myuscissupport@uscis.dhs.govfor assistance requesting USCIS to update the website.
