USCIS is issuing revised policy guidance today to address the general policies and procedures related to secure identity documents issued by the agency. Secured documents include employment authorization documents (EAD), travel documents, permanent resident cards (Green Cards), and naturalization and citizenship certificates and others. .Stakeholders may review and comment on the revised policy guidance through Jan. 30, 2019.
