It won’t be fair if I dont leave this message here. My I-140 under EB-3 which was approved got reopened after 10 years and denied alleging fraud by my previous employer. My I485 was also denied. I never maintained my H-1B for many years. My kids were in the school and I was told by all the attorney’s that there is nothing to do, but leave the country. I talked to Thomas V. Allen, through my new employer. We filed appeal to the denied I-140. Truly amazed by his legal knowledge. My I-140 was approved and I-485 was reopened and approved.
